What sets your products apart from those of other cosmetic companies?
We founded Kleer Skincare on the idea that everyone - regardless of age, race, or skin type - deserves safe, ethical, cruelty-free skincare solutions designed to help them feel not only comfortable, but also beautiful in their own skin. We believe in thinking outside the box and trying new things to champion beauty for all. But beauty for all can't come at the expense of others. No preferential treatment.
No animal testing. No ethical compromises.
Are Kleer skincare products safe?
Yes! Our strict brand standards ensure all of our products are clean, without harmful ingredients, cruelty-free and vegan. We formulate with only the highest quality activities and natural botanicals. You can view our entire list of banned ingredients here.
What does “clean” mean to Kleer?
To us, “Clean Beauty,” is a beauty product made with heart. It does everything in its power to be open, honest, safe, and ethical, from the ingredients it uses to the partners it chooses to work with. And we care just as much about what we don’t put in our formulas as what we put in them.
Transparency on the source, purity, and composition of ingredients, as well as the values and procedures of suppliers and brands is critical for clean.
Integrity: Is this substance associated with unjust labor practices or wages? Is it possible to gain insight into the supply chain in order to determine whether animals are treated compassionately?
Sustainability and Sourcing: How is this material harvested, mined, or manufactured? Was it transported internationally throughout its production? Are there worries about sustainability, e.g., plantation agricultural practices?
The UnKleer list serves as a framework for our more comprehensive Kleer standard. Because some components have been connected to health or environmental concerns, we exclude them from our formulations.
What does “plant-powered” mean to Kleer?
At Kleer we believe your complexion will be transformed into its most exquisite form by the combined forces of science and plants. Although we use a few safe, synthetic ingredients in our formulas, we believe the key ingredients are the hand-selected plant-based ingredients that push our formulations over the top and deliver an efficacious formula everyone is looking for.
Are Kleer skincare products tested on animals?
Not only do we not test on animals, none of our ingredients have been tested on animals.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We are making a conscious effort to minimize and offset our impact on the environment wherever possible. We endeavor, where possible, to utilize only eco-friendly packaging and shipping materials. The Jelly Cleanser tube and Vitamin C Moisturizer pump are made with post consumer recycled plastic pulled from the ocean and are recyclable. As well as our boxes are made of recycled paper so no new trees are cut down and are 100% recyclable. Please check with your local city guidelines for plastic recycling capabilities.
Where are Kleer skincare products made?
We are proud to say our products are manufactured, bottled, and shipped from our home, California.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are suitable for all skin types. If you have sensitive or reactive skin we suggest you do a patch test on your inner elbow before using. Wait 24 hours and if no sensitivity or reaction occurs you are good to go!
I want my products to last as long as possible! How should I store them?
To make your Kleer skincare products last as long as possible, store in cool, dry places and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Is it safe to use your products while pregnant/nursing?
Our products are vegan and formulated with ‘clean’ ingredients. We recommend that you review our ingredient list with your doctor to determine if they work with your pregnancy plan.
When is your next product being released?

Can I recycle your products?
Our bottles and outer packaging are made from recyclable materials. We are proud to say our Facial Cleanser is 100% recyclable. The Vitamin C Moisturizer is made with recycled plastic and is recyclable. Check with your local recycle facility to determine the best way to recycle in your area.
How long do the products last?
Both Jelly Cleanser and Vitamin C Moisturizer are good for use up to 12 months after opening them for the first time.

When will my order ship?
If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the same day you place it. However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Notice
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Kleer assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email hello@kleerbrand.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I edit my shipping address after the order is placed?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@kleerbrand.com as soon as possible.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope you love your Kleer skincare purchase, but if you don’t, we will be happy to help arrange a refund. We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is free of charge and on us, but we aren’t able to refund the shipping cost on the original order.
My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.
If your Kleer package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at hello@kleerbrand.com Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
